EndocoreLab is geared towards fulfillment of our costumer’s needs and stipulations, and therefore we have built algorithms dedicated to continuously enhance their satisfaction. We strive to constantly evaluate our own performance in order to be able to make frequent and ongoing improvements in research and education through periodical supervision of our processes, services, and the Quality Operations Program (QOP).
Research and educational activities at EndocoreLab are regulated by the QOP and by departmental Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) policies, which are part of a mandatory annual reviewing and training process for all staff members. These efforts are carried internally on a systematic fashion to ensure our clients that our methods are constantly up to par with the latest industry leading quality processes and standards, and to facilitate our internal audits.
Externally, we regularly monitor vendors and patients:
All industry relationships and businesses are reviewed on an annual basis, to guarantee that these entities continue to perform at a satisfactory level and hence qualify to extend our relationship. Feedback is obtained via scheduled meetings and email correspondence.
Regarding our patients, we constantly obtain their feedback via electronic surveys, emails and letters.
We are currently in the process of establishing a mechanism through which customers are able to report any compliance or quality issues that might arise on a daily basis, to avoid delays and provide immediate resolution to any conflicts that may ensue.
Finally, we are equipped to facilitate the seamless conduction of any external audits that may be performed by the sponsors, independent third parties, review boards or governmental agencies.
